Calling all Developers! We've just launched several extensions to the Gadget API that will enable developers to build more relevant and engaging gadgets for Blogger.As you may already know, every Blogger blog is a gadget container. What's more, every blog is an OpenSocial gadget container powered by Friend Connect. That means as a gadget developer you can leverage social APIs to build engaging tools for bloggers and their audience.
In addition to leveraging social data, gadgets can now access a blog's post and comment feed via new JSON APIs. For example, with this data you could easily build a map gadget that maps the geo-location of posts, or a "Most Commented On" gadget that ranks posts by the number of comments they've received.
Need to be inspired? Recently we asked our users what gadgets they most wanted to see in Blogger. Hundreds responded and here's their wish list.
When you build a gadget for Blogger, it becomes available to millions of active bloggers. Just submit your gadget to us, and within thirty minutes it will surface in the Blogger gadget directory where users can easily browse, configure, and add your gadget to their blog's sidebar.

This extension is a little bit too late for us, the first generation of Blogger Beta (circa September 2006): Ramani (Hackosphere), Beautiful Beta, Purplemoggy,th least word, stubborn fanatics, phydeaux3, myself, etc. Because of the restrictions in the template language, we were trying too hard to get Json and other intriguing ideas, Ajax and all. Now most of us lost our steams, some left for goods.
Well, I wonder if Google developers can devote more resources, more articles to show us in more details what do we have to learn to write this new gadgets thingy, how's it related to the current templating language (is this one dead then?), etc.

Please fix this in draft so it works as it does on regular blogger.
I like to use paragraph tags <&p> when creating my blog posts. It gives me more flexibility to format the posts in CSS.
In the regular Blogger editor, if I start in HTML mode and start with p tags and then switch to Compose mode, Compose knows that I'm using paragraphs and not just two <br> tags.
In draft.blogger.com switching from HTML to Compose replaces all my paragraph tags with br.
I really hate it because it's keeping me from using draft. There are some nice features in draft that I would like to use but not if it means I need to go back and reformat my template or posts.

I want to use the editor like Draft at Blogger too. Sometimes, i create a new post, and then, when i logout draft, i can´t see it at Blogger! It´s really bored. Btw, what happened with feed at my blogs? They don´t appear anymore. Why Blogger don´t creat a blog to listening the users? And answer the doubts. Very few posts here, it´s sad....
