Webmaster Tools is a Google service that provides you with detailed information about your website’s visibility to Google’s search engine. You can see how often Google’s web crawlers visit your site, find out who links to your site, what searches are used to find your site, and even control how your page appears in the Google web results.
We’ve added a new link from the Blogger in Draft dashboard to take you directly to Webmaster Tools. If you follow it, we’ll add all your blogs to Webmaster Tools and verify them for you automatically. From there, you can poke around and learn about how Google search sees your blog.

I like this Webmaster tools feature too. Great release recently!
I've just tried to enable Webmaster Tools for my blog through Blogger (it was already setup manually) and it added fine but verification failed.

We may have a race condition where Webmaster Tools is trying the initial verification before Blogger serves the file. You can manually press the "Verify" button under the "Upload an HTML file" method, or wait a day or so for Webmaster Tools to re-check the verification.
I clicked on Webmaster Tools link....it takes me to "Profile Not Available" Error msg page.

I've already added and verified my blog on Webmaster Tools manually (adding the meta tag to the code), do I have to do anything else? Is there any advantage to do it again using this integration?
How does one verify by gaining access to the Blogspot blog source code (Meta-tag verify method) or uploading a new "page" (upload new html page)?
Gilberto: If your blog is already in Webmaster Tools you'll only see two new benefits: a link to Webmaster Tools right from your Blogger Dashboard and, if you follow the link, any new blog you create will automatically get added to Webmaster Tools.
William: Blogger takes care of things as if you had uploaded the new HTML page. If Webmaster Tools says that your site still needs to be verified, just click the "verify" button underneath the instructions for uploading a file. The file's already on Blogger, so you just need to click.

My verification failed initially. The link added all my blogs to google webmaster, but none of them is verified. Then I clicked on verify and then upload method as suggested by William and then it worked.

It will be nice if this works. Meantime, the teasing continues. Links that look like they'll take you to the advertised tool but only take you to a blog. A blog with unmoderated comments so as I type this, I'm seeing "South Park is so wacky. Barbrady's voice! Horton hears a HO-voiced Republican noticed..."

How can I put sitemap to my blog?
For those who already are familiar with Google's Webmaster tools find only few changes for their blogs, so its a better tool for those BLOGGERS only who could link things directly from in their blogs.
And it, in a way or the other, is surely a better and easier approach.
The tools are great! However is there a place we can recommend additional blogger tools for saving time?
